Cancellation Policy

Service Rate Policy Hourly rate: All labor is billed at a rate of $185 per hour. Materials: The cost of materials is billed separately and added to the final invoice. Materials may include, but not limited to, supplies, parts, equipment, and any item required to complete the requested work. Travel charges: Koloa to Kekaha & Kilauea to Haena Travel time related expenses are billed additionally. In-wall work (set price) Any work performed inside walls-including opening, accessing, repairing, or installing within wall cavities-is billed at a set price, and not at the hourly rate. * Set pricing will be provided before work begins whenever possible. * If conditions inside the wall differ from expectations, pricing may be adjusted with customers approval. Drywall Policy We do not patch, repair, or replace drywall. * Any drywall removal required to access work areas will be performed as needed, but restoration must be completed by the customer or a third-party contractor. * We can provide general guidance on what will need to be repaired, but we do not perform drywall finishing or painting.
