Cancellation Policy

Our gas conversion service is offered at a flat rate price. To ensure the conversion can be completed, the homeowner is responsible for purchasing and providing the correct manufacturer approved gas conversion kit for the appliance before the scheduled service. If the conversion kit is not available at the time of service, the conversion service cannot be performed and may require rescheduling. Travel charges may apply. (Moloaa-Haena and Koloa-Kekaha)
